"Chelsea."

A second review of the Chelsea Flower Show (see "Crime by Blossoms," published in May 1933), in which Bates again adopts a humorous tone in detailing the wonders of what he calls a "manifestation of floral religion." A year later Bates would once again review the show ("The Other Chelsea"). In the New Statesman and Nation (May 25, 1935, ix, 222, p. 749-750).
